Poinsettia Tree Project
Give special recognition
Every year during the holiday season, FHCCA displays a beautiful 14’ poinsettia tree on the Avenue of the Fountains. The tree is made of 220 live plants, each of which are purchased either in honor of a special person or in memory of a loved one who has passed. The plants go on sale on November 2, 2020. The tree is unveiled during the Stroll in the Glow event the first week of December and remains on display through New Year’s Eve.
Poinsettias are $15.00 each for members of I Love Fountain Hills and $20.00 each for non-members. The cost is tax deductible.
Special thanks to Bill Muehlhauser and Skip Ipema for their contribution to this tradition dating back to 1999.
Each year, the graduates of the Fountain Hills Leadership Academy are tasked with carrying out the project under the supervision of director Jessamyn Clark.
Be a part of this great holiday tradition and recognize someone special or participate in memory of a loved one.
